A machine that I'd had for just under a year quit working during a descale. I called customer service and they spent a few minutes trouble-shooting my machine with me then decided to send me a new one. I was very impressed with how easy and quick it was to get the replacement. This Thanksgiving, I'm feeling very grateful for Keurig!
I had to wait 5 weeks to receive warranty replacement but am now thrilled to once again be enjoying some really good coffee! Unit is working terrific & is so easy to use! Thanks!
Slim machine that doesn’t take up a lot of space. The good ends there. Our original one completely quite on the first descaling— prior to that we loved it. The replacement they sent me never quite functioned like the original one. It didn’t seem to send water thru as fast. After a few weeks I was lucky to get two ounces at a time. Talking on the phone to them is awful. It took over three weeks to get the replacement.
My sister introduced me to the keurig. My husband bought me one and had a problem with it. CS sent me a new one. Gave my daughter my old one got a new one. My sister and I purchased one for our mom and now my other daughter has one also.
I bought the K-Supreme coffee maker and it stopped working 6 months later. I called Keurig and they emailed me a form to complete. My coffee maker was replaced within 2 weeks.
