My red Keurig is a replacement for a black one which would even descale properly. Love it! The coffee is hot and tasty. Takes no effort to fill water reservoir. Even my Yeti to-go cup fits!
Customer service was excellent in helping me resolve my issue. I really enjoy this K-Supreme and its stealth footprint on my kitchen counter top.

This arrived yesterday and I found it has the same problem as my other Keurigs it keeps the water slightly warmer than luke warm. If I brew after it stands for a while the water is not hot. But if I run water only first then without hesitation brew another cup it come out hot enough. I like the coffee that is brewed on top of the stove. But sometimes I can wait.
I purchased my keurig in July and by October was having issues with the descaling. I called customer service and after a few minutes of trouble shooting attempts was told they would send out a brand new keurig replacement. I was told it could take up to 10 days but received it within 4 days! So far this one is working well.
