I bought a few months ago and stopped working. Called and they couldn’t fix over phone and send me a new one. No question asked but proof of purchase. Easy1
My previous Keurig suddenly quit and I had it only 2 1/2 months. Your company was so gracious to replace my machine. It took a month to receive the new Keurig. I am a happy camper!!
The coffee from the K-Supreme is excellent. The machine itself, however, often stops working after several months. To Keurig’s credit, they quickly replaced mine
I bought the first coffee bc it was sleek didn’t take up much room. Also like the fact that I can select strength of coffee, But when it brews a cup of coffee it is very messy coffee squirts all around the counter. Then had a problem when I descaled it, bought and followed all the on the kit but light never went off. They did replace it for me although it took two months I did appreciate that. Brewer does the same thing with splatters around counter. Not a fan of this pot.
