I love this coffee pot but not when I had to get upset to finally get one that worked and then when I went to descale the darn thing went out again. I was pleased that it took under a week to get the new one and now we will see what happens when I descale it!!
I am happy they sent a replacement but this must be a refurbished unit, it seems to studder when pulling in the water and is slow to push the water through the coffee k cup.
We bought ours 7 months and it worked great for 6 months then just quit. We filed the warranty claim and after 3 phone calls, they eventually sent us a replacement unit. So far so good with the replacement one. Love the coffee maker!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This coffee brewer makes excellent coffee..however...alot of days I end up w Lots of coffee grounds in the cup and not just a few!! 5 holes is too much,the pod must not be draining fast enough that you end up w lots of coffee grounds in the cup.. 3 holes may work better.. I wish I had not passed my 1 yr old Kuerig to someone else..if this wasn't an issue,I'd rate it 5 stars.
