this is our third K-Supreme in less than year. The first one stopped working within a month of receipt. The second one was a warranty replacement, and it worked fine for about 7-9 months, and then it started giving less volume than selected. So # 3 has been its us for about 3 weeks and it works great, so far. Keurig gives great warranty service, but what if we were past the 12 warranty period? Buy a new one every year or so? It looks like Keurig had a serious quality problem with this product. It was made in Indonesia, so that might be a good place to start looking.
Had my Keurig for less then a year when it stopped working. Contacted customer service and they walked me through the entire process. When that still did not work, they sent me a brand new Keurig under warranty.
This one is a replacement for one I bought in July. There was no hesitation I replacing the one I had when the tech. & I couldn’t make my original one fully operational. The “ time to de-scale” blinking light would not stop blinking. This is our 3 rd. Keurig in about 17 yrs & we love them.
When I contacted Keurig to advise them my unit had stopped working, I was greeted by a friendly representative that handled the situation promptly and I received a warranty replacement shortly thereafter.
