I was given a gift of this Keurig model, and kept having trouble of the K-cup exploding when making the coffee, and the coffee grounds would go in my cup and around the needle mechanism. I looked up the problem on Google and found that it is a common problem with this model. I called Keurig Customer Service, and they sent me a new one, but the same problem is happening. Apparently, it is a serious design flaw.
We had a problem with our new K-supreme coffee maker. After a phone call and a determination that it was a manufacturer’s defect, the coffee maker was replaced with no problem. Great company!
I bought a coffee maker and it stopped working. Keurig stands by their products and replaced it for me. Now that's what I call "we stand by our products".
Really enjoy the multistream technology. It brews a more flavorful cup of coffee. My only dislike is that it spews coffee drops on the counter which is not a dealbreaker.
