I purchased the one that quite working April of 2021, then the descaling light kept blinking and coffee pot quite working. I contacted Keurig and told them my problem, they in turn went thru the trouble shooting and nothing worked, so they sent my a different one, which I received 11/08/2021, they said a new warranty would start from that date and have not had any trouble with this one so far. Thank you for your help.
There is apparently a know issue with the machine dying when you do a descale procedure. This happened to me with my machine that was less than a month old. However, they replaced my machine right away. I hope the problem does not reoccur.
My Keurig Supreme stopped working one day before its one year warranty. I had my receipt, contacted Keurig and was quickly sent a new one. Great service!
