This one's listed as a going to replacement because when I open the box the other day for the first one it kept tripping the breaker of the plug that I plugged it into. Not tripping the GFCI tripping the actual breaker box. So they sent me this one. It's an okay unit quite frankly it doesn't work as well as my 6-year-old one did but that one had developed a short so it was time to go. This multi steam technology... it's okay nothing to write home about. Quite frankly it seems to make the same cup that it always has without it. I'm fairly picky about my coffee and it's a negligible difference. Don't get excited about this unit. It will however make a cup of coffee. Ah one fair warning if you use a my k-cup you're probably going to have water overflow and run down the inside of the unit into your coffee cup. Happens everytime. That was poorly designed for this unit. Take the little red adapter out of the inside of the my k-cup. It'll help.
I loved the first one I bought in July. Was very upset that it quit after attempting the descale cycle for the first time. Very appreciative of Keurig for replacing it. Very happy again!
I bought my Keurig K Supreme almost one year ago. It quit heating. I called Customer Service about the problem. He said to send photo of Serial Number. In about a week I received a new Keurig. I am happy with the Keurig and Customer Service.
When descaling my less than a year old K-Supreme Keurig single serve coffee maker, my Keurig coffee maker stopped working at the end of the descaling process. Thank goodness I had registered my Keurig when I purchased it. I called into the Keurig Customer service and they shipped me a replacement unit 2 weeks later. I am concerned about the descaling process because I've had 2 units stop working upon descaling. but they replaced this one quickly.
