Machine quit working after several months. I called the listed # and after giving necessary info, was told replacement was approved pending email of original sales receipt .. which I sent immediately. When I had heard nothing in almost 3 weeks. I called again. They checked and sent item out next day.
I bought my Keurig several months ago and all of a sudden it did not turn on. I called customer service and had a new coffee pot within a few days. It makes excellent coffee and customer service was excellent.
