The process to troubleshoot and replace my K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee maker was so easy. Customer service was super nice and understanding. I appreciate how Keurig cover their coffee makers.
I love the fact that I can adjust the position of the water tank. It allows me to arrange the counter to maximize space. It also makes great coffee from 6 ounces to 12 ounces, has a strong button and an over ice button. What more could you ask for?
I love the adjustable water tank placement. I love the water is automatically heated and ready. I do not like not being able to put a tall cup under outlet. I also do not like it only lasting less than six months and taking a month to get the replacement under the warranty.
Am I reviewing the replacement or the initial coffeemaker which was SO defective it blew up the pods.......what a mess!!! I'm afraid to use the replacement so it's still in the box.
