We bought our newest Keurig about eight months ago. It’s the K-Supreme. After rescaling it, the light kept telling us to do it as if we didn’t. I called Keurig snd they offered to replace it. We were very pleased.
I had purchased this brewer in February 2021. In October the descale light would not stop blinking even after the descale process. Contacted Keurig and my brewer was replaced. I have used Keurig for about 20 years and like everything about it. Great coffee and many choices of K-cups on the website and in stores.
My purchase was a replacement Keurig while still under warranty :-) Keurig made it very easy and I love this coffee pot :-) I only drink one cup of coffee a day however if someone else is over here there’s still water in the reservoir for their cup :-) It’s sleek and it doesn’t take up a ton of room and it makes good coffee :-) Thank you Keurig :-)
