Awesome little brewer!

We have had several Keurig brewers through the years. This brewer with the multi stream tech is the best tasting of all of them. Also very simple and easy to use. Much faster and quieter than our 2.0 brewer it replaced.

I have owned a Keurig for many, many years and have always rated them very high. And I've been going through reading the reviews myself on this model with their new technology and there are so many good reviews that it breaks my heart to have to speak against this machine. I personally think they should have left the design of the needle alone. Mine does not come out in one stream as it does in the picture or like my others have. It comes out more like dumping and dripping, the coffee literally splatters all over my counter. So disappointed cuz for years I have done nothing but praise the Keurig brand, but unfortunately NOT this time! :*( :*(

I called Keurig because I could not get the decalcify light to go off. Your representative asked for my serial number, then advised he was giving me a warranty replacement. I was not aware that it needed to be r e placed. He shipped the new Keurig which is perfect and gave me a special price on an order of decaf coffee. Outstanding coffee maker and outstanding customer service.
