This was a replacement for my 3 month old K-supreme that quit working. I love the color (silver sage green)...but it only hummed for a few seconds and then turned off. Would not turn on again. Unfortunately, this color was not available for another replacement. I'm hoping this 3rd coffee maker will last longer as we love the coffee it produces...when this model works! The customer service rep I spoke to this last time was so helpful and sympathetic. I don't remember her name but she was the best!
While this product was a replacement for my K supreme plus that stop working I am more then happy with it even through it does not have all the features of the plus. I was tempted to send it back but the color goes so well in my kitchen I decided not to.The coffee it makes is so good.
i bought this coffee in December of 2020 and it has been replaced two times. not a very good pot. you have a great warenty you have replaced it very fast.. three pots in last than a year is not a good product
I bought the Supreme 11 months ago and it stopped working. I called Keurig and they replaced the coffee maker for free. Impressed with customer service. I have not opened as I am moving and just better to keep it packed until I get to my new house.
