We bought this in March 2021, from June through October of 2021 it wasn’t used as we were on vacation, when we returned, I plugged the coffee maker in and it went on for a split second and then off, it wouldn’t turn on. Long story short, It was registered, so we call the Customer Service number, and to my surprise, I actually talked to a real live person. Within a week we had our replacement and once again enjoying great coffee. Thanks to a excellent CS TEAM.

Good but not great. I find the newer machines to feel cheaply made but cost more. It has a lot of pluses such as its supper fast to brew, no warm up time, the mutistream makes a great cup of coffee and I the size of these machines makes it great for our home.
