Have loved Keurig products but not the keurig Supr

This is our second Keurig Supreme within 5 months. I am not happy at all. Must be something wrong with the electrical part of the Keurig. We always unplug the coffee maker when not In use. Anyone else have this problem? Loved the old Keurig but didn’t like the way it held water that could not be empty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Reliability

I purchased K-Supreme about 3 months ago. It lasted less than a week before it had major issues and needed to be replaced. Keurig has great costumer service, and with very little hassle sent me a new one. (Their costumer service is the only reason for a 2 star rating instead of a 1 star.) The second machine lasted about two months until it needed to be descaled. During the descale process, the machine stopped working and will no longer turn on. Now I will again have to be with out a coffee maker for two weeks until I get a new one on warranty. They should sell these in bundles of 2 so that when one breaks, you will still have another to use while you wait for the replacement to arrive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Total train wreck!!!

This coffee maker dies after one to two months. I am on my fourth one this year. Thank God Keurig is a respectable company and honors their warranty. A couple buttons stay lit and it just won’t work. This happened on all of them. Like the older models better. They lasted longer.

Worked good for one month

This is my fifth Keurig that I have owned. I have been very happy with the first four. The K-Supreme worked very well for one month and then started to make a mess with coffee grounds in the cup and very little coffee actually going into the cup. If this is your new and improved coffee maker, I think I will look for a different brand.

Nice upgrade

My older coffee maker was having issues so I decided to buy a newer version. I did some research and landed on this one. This version is great. It has a removable filtered 78 ounce reservoir. It has multi stream technology for a better coffee. You can select 8, 10 or 12 ounce brews. And when you press the start button, the coffee starts dripping hot coffee into your cup within 10 seconds. It is also much quieter than my older model. The drip tray is much easier to pull out and replace when using my taller coffee mug. Overall a nice upgrade.
