When my machine wouldn't close all the way and coffee was not dispensing properly, I called the warranty department. They had no problem replacing the machine. Took a little longer to receive than I expected. But the new one works great.
Bought my Keurig in February and stopped working 9 months later. Customer service was great still under warranty. They sent me a new one and I am very happy.
I love this model because you can choose strong and what size cup you want. Another thing I like about this one is, you can take the picture off to refill it. Awesome
