I bought this keruig in June of this year and 3 months later did a descale on the keruig and let it rest for 2 hours and then pulled it back in and got NO power it happened once before with the same model that's why we had to buy another one and now we don't anything to make coffee except our old mister coffee maker when can I expect your replacement
