I received a replacement Keurig Supreme recently and it already feels as though I am going to have the same problem the warranty was covering. The top portion where the needle is does not come down fully into place and water drops out around the edges. It gets worse over a few months. In the end it was like drinking colored water. Quite a waste of coffee.
This was a replacement for a pot that wasn't working right after I descaled it. Customer service was excellent, but I feel this style Keurig has issues spiting out the water.
I bought the K-Supreme and had a issue with the setup and descale light. After calling Customer Service, I received a replacement within a week. Their customer service agents were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I purchased this model several months ago. The first time I descaled it the descale light never went off. It continued to work so I ignored the light. However a couple months later it stopped working completely. I called Customer Support and it was replaced at no charge, immediately. I’m crossing my fingers that this was just one brewer and the replacement would be fine.!Too soon to tell but I have faith this was a one time quirk with just that brewer, we'll see.
