This is the 3rd k-Supreme I’ve had since August: the 1st lasted a month, the 2nd made maybe 10 cups before it just quit, and this one is a week old and I’m holding my breath! If this one quits I’ll request a refund and try a different brand! J
I bought my K-Supreme less than a year ago and it broke. I called Keurig and went over what went was not working and they replaced it. The girl that helped me was awesome she found my original warranty on file and shipped me a new one. What I love best about this K-Supreme is that I have instant hot water to brew I do not have to wait for the Keurig to heat up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for small spaces

I bought this a week ago and love how compact it is. I live in a condo so space has always been a issue but this model fits perfectly. The one down side I will say is even though it says it fits travel mugs it doesn’t tell you what travel size and none of mine fit. Aside from that it’s perfect
I received my Keurig last Christmas as a gift and it stopped working after 7 months I called and they worked with me and replaced it. The only reason I didn't rate the company a 5 is I didn't send in the warranty card simply because I truly expected,considering the cost of the product, for it to last at least one year, the warranty length. Which is also why I would not recommend this product. If the replacement lasts longer I may change my opinion.
