I love my Keurig K-cup Supreme. Put, I love the customer service I received. The representative was professional & Knowledgable. We could not get the machine to work, and the rep did not waste time; we will send you a new one. She verified my information, and I had my replacement machine in 7 days. Kudos
We bought this machine several months ago and the descaling light never went out even after the descaling I called customer service we did some troubleshooting and it did not work she sent us a new machine the new machine so far works great
This smaller, less bells-and-whistles coffee maker is perfect for my use. It takes up so much less space on my counter than my first Keurig (the big one), and I don't need a timer, or a clock on my coffee maker. The handle on the water tank makes filling so much easer.
My only complaint is that I had to buy new re-usable k-pods (we don't buy the single-use pods). This Keurig has five needles (the old one only had one). I have six pods that I fill every morning, and as we use them we set the used one aside. With my older Keurig, we would turn the used one upside down so that we knew it had been used. Can't do that now because the coffee grinds fall out. Only negative, but it just takes getting used to a new way to know which has been used.
I spent a lot of money on my Keurig and when it broke, I thought, that is it. I will never buy another one. But I called Keurig and since I had a warranty they replaced it. So Thankful for their kind help.
My Keurig is a great replacement to a traditional coffee maker. I didn't use it correctly, and as a result, I believe it stopped working. I was pressing the power button before every brew, and I learned that this is not what I should do. Anyway, Keurig sent me a replacement and I'm now using it according to directions. It is working great. Thank you for my new Keurig.
