I am very pleased with my Keurig machine! It is my 3rd! I was so sad when my 6 month old machine suddenly stopped working. I called Keurig and they immediately shipped a replacement. We are happy coffee drinkers again! Thank you! Deb
I called customer service about my coffee maker not turning on , they asked me a few questions and found out it was broken and told me to send them proof of purchase and serial number after that they would send me a new one in 7 to 10 days, very happy with there dealing with my issue and got my new machine as promised, love this coffee maker and company
We received the first brewer and it broke before we were able to use it. I called Keurig and a replacement brewer was sent out the next day. We love our new brewer! It takes up much less counter space, however the water reservoir is good size and the handle on the reservoir make it much easier to remove and fill. Great product, excellent customer service!
I absolutely love my K-Supreme Coffee Maker. I love the sizes and quality of coffee. I did have an issue with the coffee maker about 10 months after purchase, but customer service was excellent in addressing the issue.
Bought the K Supreme almost a year ago. Had a month to go. It stopped working. I called and due to Warranty, it was replaced. I loved the size of the k Supreme but have had other keurigs . This one takes up less space on the counter. Will continue to purchase these coffee makers as long as they hold up.
