We are very pleased with our new Kuerig K- Supreme - so many reviews are confusing as is the wide variety of options, but the bottom line here is just a great cup of coffee from a machine that works as promoted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked great for a couple months, then, like other reviewers have mentioned. Just died. Figured I would give it a try despite reviews knowing that flukes happen. No fluke, no coffee, not happy.

Piece of crap!

I’ve sent back 3 of these only to have them replaced by another crappy one. It brews 12 ounces for about a month and then stops. The last one they sent me is doing the same thing. I press 12 oz and it brews about 8. And yes I clean the thing! I’m not sending this one back. Pretty sure they would think I’m lying. I just add water and heat in the microwave.

I wouldn't buy this machin if someone forced me...

I've taken some time to wait and write this review, due to the fact that I've been a LOYAL Keurig coffee pot owner for over 20 years... (That is now in question) I purchased this unit in March of 2021 and have regretted it every day since then. As I sit here in November of 2021, I'm ready to smash it with a bat. Today alone, I've had two K cups explode everywhere, and leak grounds all over the machine. The new design has these extra metal prongs that poke into the top of the cups, and it tends to tear the top of the cups. This then allows the grounds to overflow out the top of the cup and make an insane mess. Due to the bizarre design of the machine, it makes cleanup very challenging. For the record, I ONLY Purchased this machine, because my prior machine started to be a little loud when it would run. I've now switched back to that till I decide what to do next. I'm very disappointed in this machine.

Brew Temperature too low

I purchased this coffee maker for it's many convenience features of which it has many. unfortunately I like my coffee hot and this machine only brews to a temperature of 160 to 165 (I measured it with a digital thermometer). My former Keurig brewed at 192. There is no adjustment on this model so if you like your coffee hot I recommend something other than this unit.

Hardly supreme.

Same as all the other reviews. Descale light won’t go off, after all attempts to run the process then to turn off the light. And the lid/door will not close completely and water and coffee sprinkle out the bottom. You have to squeeze it closed to make a cup of coffee without a mess. Very frustrating. Poor design. Had machine for two months.

Thanks for your review. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? STEP 1: Prepare the Brewer. Pour the entire bottle of Keurig® Descale Solution into an empty water reservoir. Then, fill the empty bottle with water and pour into the water reservoir. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod. Place a large mug on the drip tray. STEP 2: Descale the Brewer. To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates. STEP 3: Fresh Water Rinse. Empty the water reservoir and refill to the MAX fill line with fresh water. When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off.
