I had my K-Supreme for about a year and completely stopped working after I descaled it. I think I waited to long to descale I guess. BUT, I called the Keurig and since I registered it when I bought it they replaced it with a new one. I still love the Keurig!
I called because my Machine kept flashing the descale light even after performing maintenance. The machine was just under 1 year old. The technician talked me through a few steps and when it was apparent that the machine was going to continue to flash the escape button she said “we are going to send you a replacement”. I was shocked and very appreciative. The machine arrived within a week. Thank you for your commitment to your customers.
