I bought this model for my husband since he drinks coffee before work every morning and it’s hands down the worst Keurig model I’ve even purchased. It doesn’t brew the coffee - it spits it all over my counter making a mess. After a few months we started having issues with it brewing watered down coffee and it’s so watered down you can clearly see the bottom of the coffee cup. We have to rebrew the cup 2 or 3 times for a decent cup. On top of these issues the material for the brewer was a poor choice - It almost looks like the plate is melting! Honestly the worst Keurig I’ve ever owned.
My Keurig Supreme quit working in less than a year after I purchased it. I contacted customer service and they replaced it at no cost to me. I was happy to know there was still companies out there that stand behind their products.
I love that you have a lot of cup size and also that that you can make your cup strong. Very important is that the coffee comes out HOT. LOVE IT. Customer Service is fantastic!
We've always had a Keurig K-Cup machine. Love the convenience and the variety of coffee out there. But this was the first time I experienced the warranty behind the device. Following a descaling the machine shut off and would not turn back on. I called customer service and we spent several minutes on the phone attempting a a couple of troubleshooting techniques. She reasonably decided that the machine needed to be replaced. She made the arrangements and within a week I had my new replacement. Excellent customer service!
