I bought one in January for our RV and in August it stopped working, COMPLETELY. I called Keurig for assistance. After troubleshooting the issue it was decided to replace unit. One week later I had s new Keurig and I am once again one with the world! Great customer service!
Bought unit about two months prior to it failing after descaling. This was the second Keurig we had purchased. That one died from a mechanical failure after several years. Very happy with second unit after replacement. Was easy to report the failure and get new one coming.
