I am debating whether to ever purchase Keurig again. My daughter purchased a Keurig K-Supreme for me as a Christmas gift in 2020. By August of this year (less than 8 months of use) it had completed died. One morning it began making unusual sounds then shut down and would not power back on. During the time of use, I was never able to descale it because evidently the instructions were incorrect. I contacted Keurig after it stopped working filed a claim and was initially told I would hear back from them in about 3 business days, only to later be told it would take up to 2-weeks to review claim request. In total it took about 3-weeks to receive the replacement. Followed all steps to set up machine and on the 5th day of use it began smoking from the top, making noises and then completely died. At this price point I would expect more than 5 days or even 8 months of use. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied.
I had been a Kieran. Ownwr fir over 10 yrs already. I upgraded from the reg to the muti-stream about 4 months back. I found it does a greater job of better tasting coffee. Znd it broke down and a tech talked me through trouble shooting and had me send a photo of the serial number and sent me a replacement coffee maker. And it is great and if I'm asked if I'd recommend kuerig, I will whole heartily recommend it fully.
I purchased one almost a year ago, it stopped working during a descaling cycle one day. I contacted Keurig and they shipped out a replacement the next day!
