I bought this last year. Handle broke! I called Customer service. After a few questions they were would replacing it No problem! Shortly after I received my new K- Supreme Keurig! Visa UPS. Love it thank you!
I bought my Koerig coffe maker short time ago and I loved but unfortunately after a little bit instead of coffe was 4 drips of water and one in the center. Very week coffe! I called the company and without any comments they replaced the all coffe maker and they made me a very happy woman! The best company in the world! Congratulations to the management but in particularly to the wonderful woman that helped me!
My Keurig Supreme stopped working 10 months after I bought it. Keurig replaced it with the same model. This was our 3rd Keurig in 13 years. The previous models gave really good service (no Descale feature). I'm hoping the replacement will last awhile. Wish there was no "descale" feature as this precipitated the machine's need for replacement. I've since read reviews by other owners noting the machine stopped working after numerous times trying to get the descale light to turn off. We'll see.
Love this machine! Look forward for my flavors of coffee every morning to enjoy ! Had my machine for close to one year and the coffee handle started to get harder to close. I have al Amy’s been very gentle with the handle as I clamp it down! I was lucky enough to get a replacement one after it just did not work at all! So I’m seriously wondering if this one will do the same as the first one start giving me problems with the handle ! Is this a one year coffee machine I don’t know only time will tell?
My newly purchased K-Supreme's descale light wouldn't quit blinking, even though I had gone through the process twice using Keurig products as instructed. When I called for help, I was told that a new K-Supreme would be sent as a replacement free of charge. What a nice thing for Keurig to do.
