I bought this coffee maker nine months ago. On the second descaling in which I used the Keurig Descaling Solution, the coffee maker stopped working. I was very pleased that Keurig replaced the coffee maker under the warranty at no cost to us.
After 4 months of use my coffee maker light went on to clean, followed directions to clean, then unit started smoking and quit working. Called customer service after explaining what happened a new unit was sent to replace the original. So far so good new unit is working perfectly.
I bought my K- Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker about three months ago. There was an issue with the descale fetcher so I called customer service and explained what was going on. My coffee maker was still under warranty and this company sent a new one ASAP. Thank you again.
Overall I like this machine but it splatters coffee all over as it pours into a mug. Also, the “over ice” feature still melts the ice. Temp should be cooler.
