This model is really temperamental when it comes to the Descale process. We have had it replaced twice due to this. During the Descale process it seems to overheat and stops functioning and won't turn back on. Otherwise it's a great brewer, and I love it.

I have loved all my Keurig brewers. When I had a problem with the current one, I received super customer service and it was replaced with a new one. This one works the way it should and makes great coffee. All I need to know is what to do with the old one.
