I bought this Keurig in March & it broke shortly after 90 days so Sam’s Club would not replace it. Keurig made it so easy and replaced it. Gotta love a company that stands behind it’s product!
I asked for my keurig supreme coffee maker, SILVER, to be replaced because it stopped working at only 7 months old. The replacement that was sent is black, smaller reservoir, cheaper plastic, doesn't stab the pods all the way and gets water everywhere! I feel like you've replaced my coffee maker with a much cheaper version. Not at all happy!!!
I run a busy Airbnb! I had a customer break the unit we had that everyone loved. It was easy to clean, reliable and looked great. I am so grateful that model is still available!
