No power

My 5 month old Kuerig stopped working one morning. I have the single serve with the water on the side. No power... and yes I have made sure the outlet works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do not recommend this machine. I have wasted more coffee trying to get one good cup, it just does not function well! It was a gift, but i am about to replace it!

This unit takes up very little space on my counter and the new technology produces a great cup of tea & coffee. The reservoir holds enough water for me to make a larger container for my ice tea.

A terrific upgrade

I bought this one to replace one that I had for a really long time. I love the new look and the new method of pushing water through the pod. When I take the pod out of the Keurig , I can see the 5 places that it was punctured and water went through. The coffee tastes great and is very hot. Many other great features were added.
I had an old one from 9 or 10 yrs ago. And finally it went out. I am super happy I chose this model its compact. And does everything i need. The coffee tastes amazing - the water reservoir comes with a water filter - i didnt know about. So I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for making this model!
Best coffee pot ever. It is so quite that you don’t even hear it brewing. I have purchased other Kureig coffe pots but this is the best.

Great coffee when it works right

Bought this back in June and it made some great tasting coffee for about a month before it started to glitch. After roughly a month, it began to pour quite a bit of water into our cups, with only one fine stream of actual coffee mixed in, making for a very watery and unsatisfying cup of joe. We tried descaling first, then changed the filter and when that didn't work we inspected the machine to see if something had broken. Nothing had broken and we are at a loss as to how to fix it. Looking into getting a refund or replacement.
