We have had a keurig for years and been 100% happy. I decided to get the smaller version, so less space would be used on the counter. It stopped working after a few short weeks. The replacement is now not working all of the time. Will see................

Although it is unfortunate my original purchase unexpectedly needed replacing the promptness & ease of contacting the company for assistance was outstanding. I had the replacement within a few days. Keurig Stands Behind Their Warranty on a K-Supreme

So far the replacement Keurig K-Supreme is working as expected. I was pleased that Keurig replaced the original unit 5 months after I bought it. At first they hedged but speaking with a supervisor and having provided proof of purchase and SN they concurred to replace the unit.
