I purchased a K-Supreme Single Serve in February and it stopped working in August. Within 2 weeks Keurig had my replacement on my doorstop. Great customer service. I would recommend Keurig products.
I love Kerrigan and am very happy with this model. The one I purchased suddenly quit working after about 5 months. Kerrigan promptly replaced it so I am very happy. My warranty claim was handled very well.
I have been a 15+ yrs Keurig owner and I just had to replace my Keurig Supreme.(name it had back then) Now my 1st one lasted 15+ yrs. YEAH! In Jan 2021 it finally died & I replaced it with a little smaller one. Now I own the new K-Supreme & after 2 months it started smoking from everywhere & I called Keurig CS. They were unbelievable!! Knowledgeable, professional, & genuinely understand HOW important morning coffee s to a coffee person. They took my situation serious and concerned. My replacement came so quickly it was WONDERFUL Plus they just emailed me the return label. So shipping it back was as easy as calling UPS. Thank you Keurig for still having Old Fashioned AMAZING Customer Service , Something (especially in retail) VERY much the exception instead of the rule! Kudos ALL around ;-)
I bought a Keurig back in May of 2021, unfortunately the lid broke. Keurig sent me a brand new unit to replace it. I know that with warranty, that’s what they’re supposed to do, but the best part was they didn’t make me jump through hoops; they did the right thing and sent me a replacement unit expeditiously! This is my second generation of Keurig products and I will forever buy from them. So register your product when you buy it and enjoy good coffee and know the company has your back if something breaks during the warranty period.
