So far so good. Have only had a month .Love the coffee and the the brewer. Had problems in the past with brewer stopping after a month . So far so good with the placement.
I agreed to try this newest model as per request and have had it for one week. We are not impressed with it because it is very flimsy, there is no option for temperature and it doesn’t have the ability to customize for each user.
About 3 months ago I purchase a new K-Supreme to replace a 6+ year old Keurig 2.0. I was very satisfied the new unit, especially the instant warm up. However, after 3 months the descale light came on. I followed the instruction verbatim. The unit would not exit the descale program. So I called customer support. We did some troubleshooting, but the issue did not go away. The rep then advised that Keurig would replace the unit, and that I did not have to return the purchased unit, just dispose in the appropriate manner.
My Keurig is great. So it was a lot of frustration when my machine stopped working. But customer service was terrific. My unit was under warranty and they had a new machine sent right out to me. Very customer friendly service...
