I bought this machine for a christmas gift. Just last month it started acting up. Call and the technician on the phone tried everything to get it to work. It was still under warranty and after I sent them my proof of purchase, I received my new machine with in the week. Super happy with this company. They sure stand behind there equipment.
I bought this about six months ago and it just stopped working. Customer service tried to troubleshoot to see if they could fix it but they couldn’t and the next week they sent me a brand new one. Could not have gone smoother.
This one brews very tasty coffee, simple to use the water tank is much easier to remove fill and replace than my previous one. The filter in the tank makes coffee taste better. It’s a well thought out efficient design I like it. Looks nice and performs well.
Received my replacement. No problem. The phone conversation to get that done was so painful. Person on phone could not understand English well. What should have taken 10 minutes, took 30 minutes. 30 minutes I will never get back. If it had not been a warranty issue I would have given up. Will not purchase another keurig.
