I received the K-Supreme Single Serve coffee maker for Christmas in 2020. I use it every day, however, unfortunately, it stopped working 3 months later. Thankfully, since it was still under warranty, I was able to receive a replacement. Again, the replacement lasted about 5 months, and I was out of a Keurig again. Thankfully, I did receive another replacement last week, so far so good. I love the coffee maker, since it does give you various sizes, however, it seems to be somewhat finicky. Since Dec, 2020, I've been through the two I stated, and am on my 3rd one. My fear is what happens when the 3rd one messes up, will the warranty expire or does it renew every time I receive a replacement? Keeping my fingers crossed, this last replacement will last forever! I do keep it descaled and follow the instructions - I try to take great care of my Keurig!!
It was not a purchase it was a replacement for the one I bought less then a year ago. After followung the directions exactly as written, the light just kept blinking. Hoping the same thing does not happen when I have to descale this one. This has happened to two other frineds of mine also and they had theirs replaced as well. I would think this means there is a problem with the descaling process. Otherwise Ive loved this coffee maker and its looks
I was very satisfied with the quick and efficient response to the problem I had experienced with my coffee maker. The replacement was delivered within a few days of my clain.
Purchased within last 6 most. Stopped filling cups correctly, and warning light would not go out. Called support and they felt coffee maker should be replaced and sent me a new one within a week
I bought this less than 6 mos ago and it suddenly quit. No hassles when I called them and I had a replacement sent to me and received within a week!!! I’m one happy customer!
