Keurig representative was very professional in assisting me with the descaling indicator not going off after I completed this process. Much to my amazement, the representative said that he was sending a replacement. This is a company standing behind their product. Thank You.
you asked me to send old maker back and you would send ticket to do so...as of yet nothing to use to send back its been several weeks..i have the return maker ready to send back .....
We were loving our machine and then something happened and it stopped working. I might of done something wrong??? Anyway, I called customer service and they walked me through some steps. My helper determined I needed a new machine. They immediately sent me one and made it so easy to return the other machine. I was amazed. This is a great company!
I’ve loved my machine. After descaling, it suddenly stopped working (maybe I cycled water through too many times?). With one phone call, Keurig sent a new machine that arrived within days. That’s amazing service that makes me appreciate the device even more
