This keurig was my second and all the features allowed for us to customize our brew….the coffee was great! We had a problem after rescaling and customer service did an excellent job of resolving the problem
I bought a K Supreme Single Serve late December 2020. Very happy with the Machine and it worked great until July 2021 when it suddenly would not power on. Contacted Keurig phone support and after brief troubleshooting requested either a receipt or a picture of the machine with the serial number visible which is what I was able to send in. They sent me a new / replacement machine within about 10 days and did not require old machine to be shipped back. New machine works great and every part of their process was pleasant. I have owned three or four machines before this one with no issues and have been extremely impressed with their products and now am as equally impressed with their customer service. It was very refreshing to know there are still some companies that make you feel like they genuinely want you to have a good experience and understand positive experiences create a loyal long term customer and advocate for their brand like myself.
Thank you so much for replacing my brewer. I had not had it long but you replaced it for me even when I did not have my receipt. So I thank you. Just took awhile to replace and I had company in town visiting me but I was still thankful and patient that you gave me a new one for free. Thanks again.
