I had a Keurig coffee maker that needed to be flushed out. I purchased the kit and did what the instructions said to do. Unfortunately the coffee maker would not complete the cleansing. I contacted Keurig and explained what occurred. They sent a replacement BEFORE my broken coffee maker was returned and received by them. Great customer service.

I fell in love with this model. But after probably close to a year I started to have problems with it. I called keurig and they helped me through it. But shortly after it started again. Would not give me a full brew.
Anyway I called them back and found out it was still under warranty and they replaced it without any hesitation.
Nice to have a company stand by their products.
