Our coffeemaker was less than a year old and still covered by the warranty when it stopped powering up. We contacted Keurig and they agreed to replace the item with no argument or problem. We received the replacement in less than a week and are enjoying our Keurig coffee once again. Thanks Keurig!
I bought my Keurig 4 months ago and it stopped working. I called customer service and all I had to do was email them a picture of the unit and serial number and they sent me a brand new Keurig! How easy is that! I will forever be a faithful Keurig customer!
So far so good with my Keurig replacement. My issues began when I did the first de scaling of my Keurig. Hopefully, when it is time for de scaling of my replacement, I won’t have the same issues. Thank you Keurig.
