My other Keurig stop working I called Keurig company it was easy to talk with them. The only thing was with the replacement was the first order shipped was lost or canceled I am not sure. I contacted them back and they sent me one that did get here today. I was without it for about a month but happy they did replace my other one. It just stopped working would not cut on at all.
I bought this coffee maker in October of 2020. Something caused it to quit working. After talking with the customer service person, and doing a few double checking, it was verified as not working. I took some requested pictures and submitted them. After a week I received my new replacement maker.
It worked really great until it was time to de-scale it. During the process, the coffee maker burned up. I was following the directions explicitly. When I reached the step where the Add Water light SHOULD have come on, it didn't. Hence, the coffee maker burned up. When I called Keurig they agreed to ship me a brand new coffee maker. No problem. They stand behind their warranty!
