Do not buy K supreme!

First one didn’t work right out of the box, returned it and got another and worked about 2 months. Won’t even power on now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Defective

Waiting on my 3rd k Supreme. My first lasted 3 months and just stopped working, the warranty replacement lasted 20 days and also just stopped working. Please fix the issue! Unfortunately, this is the best tasting coffee out of all my past machines.

I had a different machine prior to this one that used the Keurig coffee cups. It was not a Keurig though. I had to replace it, and that’s when I bought this one. It came with a good deal and a coffee subscription. I love that it gets the water hot immediately and starts brewing when you choose your settings. My last machine made me wait a while before it began to brew, and I found myself constantly annoyed by that. The water reservoir is large enough that you don’t have to constantly be refilling it. I also like that the settings are really easy to operate. The brightly lit buttons are helpful. I especially like the “strong” and “12 oz” option. I’m the only one that drinks coffee at home, and it meets all of my needs. The one thing I found funny is when you insert the coffee cup, and close the lid, it feels like the machine does not fully seal closed, but it still works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this because our coffee maker was old. The coffee was more flavorful, i didnt know what we are missing. It takes up less space on counter.

Got my brewer for christmas and it stopped working in 4 months. Once I descaled the system it never came back on.

Original machine last a few months and then it would make less and less coffee each time. Finally down to just 4 cups instead of 12. Reset machine, descaled it multiple times, no luck. Contacted customer service, they had me go thru some various exercises...no luck. They replaced he machine in June 2020. Here we are in April 2021, less than a year later and now instead of 12 cups, we get 6. Gone thru same exercises, reset, descale multiple times...no luck. Guess it is time to contact customer service but this is ridiculous. Very very disappointed in this brewer. When it works, it makes great coffee. But, it is a waste of coffee in this machine.

Supreme garbage

I have had my out if for maybe 8 months and has worked well. This morning woke up for a coffee and was absolutely dead. Wouldn't turn on for nothing. Unplugged it figuring it work and nothing.

Worst coffee maker

I bought this coffee maker 2 months ago. Very often there’s grinds in my cup. The descale light will not go out even though I followed all directions. WORST coffee maker ever. Bad job Keurig .
