I purchased this coffee maker about 6 weeks ago it was making about 6-8 12oz coffees a day. It just died with no warning. I called Keurig and went through the trouble shoot program and they declared it dead. I emailed a copy of my receipt to them and walaa a replacement was on its way. It took just a few days and I am enjoying my coffee again
Our Keurig had a glitch in the descaling process. I called Keurig and they immediately sent us a new one. I believe we had the other one for about 5 months. They absolutely stand behind their product and were so nice over the phone. Keurig is the BEST!!!!
Bought this to replace my single cup Keurig for my beach condo. I do not have a lot of counter space, but wanted features of the larger Keurig. This is perfect! I love it!
Can't rate it yet, just replacement and gave it back to the couple I bought it for. Last one only lasted a month. Needed to be dedicated, and after descaling didn't work any more. Will let you know
This is the fourth Keurig I have purchased for my own use and I have gifted two more. They are very reliable and Keurig backs their brewers with excellent service if there any problems.
