My Keurig stopped working when I was descaling it and it was not quite a year old. I’m a stickler for cleaning the machine every 5-6 weeks so I was upset. I called Keurig and they had me do a couple tests and decided that they would send me a new replacement at no charge, and a new 1 year warranty would begin after I received it. Got the machine in 3 days and I love it. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. Would definitely purchase another one.
So far our replacement is working well. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd one we have received since our original purchase in Nov. 2020.. I would not recommend this model to my friends until the bugs are all worked out.But when it is working, it is great.
I love my coffee maker it hasn't been easy but your call center and customer care are wonderful to deal with. Only issue I feel the descaling light seems to come on too often.
Descaling instructions did not work correctly as the add water light never came on, which resulted in the pump burning up. Keurig replaced my until and I had it only two days after the first one failed. Excellent warranty and service.
