My Keurig stopped working after 9 months for some reason. Customer service answered quickly, conducted some troubleshooting, and then authorized replacement. New machine arrived 7 days later.
I bought the Supreme. It worked for about 5 days and would not power up. I tried to get it replaced. After about week on the phone and sending text messages. I called back and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. So, I returned it to the store where I bought it. I bought a different brand and I love it.
Out Keurig Supreme that we had purchased this past March suddenly stopped working one Sunday morning in July. Called Keurig Customer Service, gave them the SN, e-mailed copy of purchase receipt & photo of SN. In about a week? Had a new Keurig delivered to our front door at no charge!
I bought a new Keurig two months ago when my 22 year old one stopped working. I thought I’d have to box it up to send back or take to the store. Actually all I had to do was send a photo of the serial number and two days later I had my replacement! I love the new model. I will rate it as a four, not five because it stopped working after 2 months but was promptly replaced.
