Just received my K-Supreme coffee maker. Luv the ability to select the cup size. Only wish there was an adjustable shelf to place the coffee cup on to eliminate splashing while brewing. Always have to wipe down the counter after making a serving of coffee.

This is my warranty replacement and I want to say that customer service was outstanding. My opinion of this product is still the same - the best one so far. I really appreciate having a handle on the reservoir which makes it easier to lift etc. I have bragged about this coffeemaker to every one and probably sold a few!
