My machine went out after the descale, I called customer service and after a couple troubleshooting techniques they realized it needed to be replaced. Thank God I registered my machine. It arrived in just a couple days.
I had my keurig for about 6 months and it stopped working. I called customer service and before I could tell them the problem they looked up my serial number and told me a new one would be shipped out. The service rep I spoke with was excellent and very helpful. My new unit was delivered in 4 days. I will always stay with keurig products as they are the best coffee makers on the market.
We had a newer Kerrigan Rchased in December 2020 and 2 weeks ago we cleaned it as the. Descale good light went on… after cleaning the light wouldn’t go off. We called Kerrigan and they walked us through the process to no avail. They sent us a new Keurig. Couldn’t be happier
