The honeymoon‘s over quickly

Our older Keurig broke down so I was excited to get this new and improved version and it did work great and I loved it, but then it just stopped working so I returned it to the store and got another one. And again very happy with it. And less than three weeks later it’s already not working. Very disappointed.

awful cup of coffee

I bought this coffee maker 6 weeks ago. It's the first Keurig maker that I do not like! It doesn't brew a hot cup of coffee like the old single serve Keurig coffee makers! Also to use the reusable coffee filter, you have to use more coffee than the old makers and the coffee is not hot and does not taste as good! I should have got a mini Keurig maker! I have been using Keurig makers since 2011,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second one I had since October now the descale light is on won’t shut off and there is alway coffee grounds in the coffee !

Dont buy

This is the second one, which replaced the 1st one, I have coffee grounds in my cup everytime & when I clean the machine, & wipe it out, I have coffee grounds coming out all over my counter. I do not like the multi stream, I never had this much trouble with the single brew stream.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great design and engineering

As a retired engineer, I appreciate good design and the K-Supreme delivers. The controls are easy and intuitive. The LED lighting is well thought out and so easy to follow. This machine produces coffee that is both hot and delicious. Engineers should get a raise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dont buy stops working I have had two

I have had 2 of these just quit working in 6 months. Keurig is great about replacing but if I have to keep returning a broken machine what is the point. I love the idea of this coffee maker its just poorly made and just quits for no reason.
