No reset procedure worked to bring it back to life. It had power (descale light was on) but it would not turn on with the power button or by closing the lid. Keurig sent us a new unit and allowed us to keep the parts of the broken one to use if needed for spares.
I have to say I appreciate the way Keurig treats their customers.. I had purchased the K-Supreme Single serve maker last Nov 2020 and it just stopped working. I called support they had me walk through some steps and determined it just died :( They were Great and send me a Replacement one which is working just fine. I got the replacement in 2 days I was expecting to get it in about a week. Keurig truly knows how to treat their customers.. Kudo's to Keurig
Purchased K Supreme end of Dec. After 2 months the descale light constantly stayed on even after 3 attempts to descale. Keurig was very responsive in replacing the product
My kitchen has limited space, sometimes I like a Barista Cup of Coffee…I have my personal Barista at anytime I like to enjoy. The machine prepares each cup rich and full of flavor. I purchased the part so that I prepare my own coffee blend.
This is my third machine from my first purchase of the Supreme K cup. They have all done the same thing, as my third one is starting to do. The machine gets noisy and begins to splatter coffee all over the counter around the pot. And will eventually begin to give you less and less coffee, no matter how many times you cleaned the needles or ran descaling solution through it. Eventually it will just stop working!
I waited a month after getting this one as a replacement for my last one to leave a review. And I’m glad I did, because I would not recommend this machine! It’s way over priced for the poor performance and the hassle of constantly babying the thing. It’s to delicate to be a true daily coffee maker. And it you can afford to buy this machine a couple times a year, go ahead and buy one.
Like my first Keurig that I had for several years, this one also makes good coffee. However, a few cups have had some coffee grounds in them. When I remove the K-Cup there are some grounds on the top of it. Is there an answer for this? Do I need to register this warranty replacement?
