I have had Keurig coffee makers for at least 15 years. The last coffee maker I purchased worked fine for about six months and then it died. I contacted the Keurig company and in three days I had a replacement ! I was so expressed with the integrity and commitment of this company!
This is actually the 3rd Keurig that my husband and I owned and it is by far our favorite! It is so easy to use. We like the removable side water container which is easy to remove, fill and replace. It has a good variety of cup sizes and we always get a great, hot and fresh cup of coffee which is great since we don't get up at the same time in the mornings. I also love that I can have a great cup of coffee in the afternoon whenever I want one!
I purchased this coffee maker just a few months ago. It was not used very much, around 10 times a month. When it failed , I was very disappointed. Keurig sent a replacement in a very short time. Very very happy with their response.
Had a warranty replacement it was received fairly quick just had to get coffee on the way to work as I didn’t have a back up brewer to make my morning coffee
