I bought my Keurig 5 months ago and began having some trouble with it. I called Keurig support, they provided me with some troubleshooting and when that was unsuccessful they had a new one sent to me in a couple of days. Super helpful and quick!
I bought a K-Supreme last fall and loved it. Brewed quickly, very easy to use. It developed a problem this summer and when I contacted Keurig, they were responsive and professional and resolved the issue quickly. Solid, reliable products and excellent customer service!
I bought this Keurig coffee maker less than a year ago and loved it...however, recently the "descale" light came on. I purchased a kit for descaling and followed instructions to a "T".... the light continued to flash so I carefully rinsed through several times... still continued to flash...tried all of the tricks none worked....but the coffee maker still worked fine... finally, I called the help number in the instruction book included and got a wonderful rep who tried several things with me on the phone. Finally he said...hey...this is within warranty...we will send you a new one...within a few days I received a brand new coffee maker....I was totally blown away with this fabulous service....there was no hassle...he just said...we will replace it ... and they did... I am one happy customer and would recommend a K Supreme Keurig to anyone...the coffee is great.
This is my 3rd Keurig. I purchased the K-Supreme because it looks sleek, takes up less space, and has a water tank with a handle. Unfortunately, the coffee is much stronger tasting and I don’t like it. (Same light-roasted coffee, tried using more water). In addition the coffee maker splashes water while brewing.
I purchased a K Supreme Single Serve Coffee Marker in January of 2021. Called customer service and going though a few different scenarios it was determined it did not work. Customer Service was wonderful and I got my replacement with in a week.
